Ahhh... the Hustle & Bustle of a Pastry Shoppe in the Summertime. I do so love the din it creates. Yet when I think of serene warm summer nights whence nearly undetectable breezes waft through my long locks I always hear this song jinside my head.

Attitude of Gratitude

Goodness! I bet you've all thought I forgot about you! Not the case my darlings. Jinny's got her priorities & anyone who knows me, knows that I put my pastry shoppe before anything else. In a time when businesses are closing left & right, I am truly thankful that I am so busy. Plus, how lucky am I to be located in an area that appreciates the hard work I put into all of my hand-crafted high quality pastries?! Simply Fabulous!

My Weekend was Perfection.
This jin was soooo busy.
I had 2.5 hours of sleep Thursday eve
and 1.5 hours of sleep Friday eve
then worked until 8PM on Saturday
and I can still honestly say
I LOVE my job.
How effing awesome is that?!

You just need to look

Step back into the kitchen
for chocolate calls my name
once you taste my wares
your life won't be the same

Birds are tweeting, ovens beeping
there's frosting on the floor
I steal a moment, can't help myself

In truffles and sunshine I indulge
