"Gratuitous Cake Shot"
For the Crust: I make a Devil's Food Cake from scratch, dry it out overnight, grind it up with a sprinkle of sugar, a drizzle of butter & pat it in the bottom of the pan.
For the Filling: A rich & decadent Raspberry Cheesecake is made simply with Cream Cheese, Mascarpone, Eggs, Sugar & Organic Raspberries.
For the Topping: The Belgian chocolate glaze I always speak of...only 2 ingredients necessary (but they have to be the best quality!); Belgian Dark Chocolate & Unsalted European Style Butter.

I wouldn't have to dry my cake out for the crust, it comes out of the oven as dry as it is ever going to get. Another reason I don't bake.

There is only one thing that would make that cake pic better. Crumbs on the plate because then I would know it was edible and no one died. Hahahaha :P
